About

My journey into sound started in 2008 in Lugo, Galicia, DJing at home. Later, together with some friends, we set up a collective and promoter company through which we organized electronic music events all across Galicia. Around 2014 I started getting into music production, learning to use sequencers like Ableton Live and experimenting with electronic music production hardware, until in 2015 I made the leap to Barcelona to study an undergraduate degree in audio production at SAE Institute, validated by Middlesex University.

It was during that degree where I truly discovered sound and where audio for film and television, commonly known as audio post production, became my passion. There I left behind DJing and music production to move into sound design, foley and 5.1 mixing.
After graduating, I joined Iyuno, where I spent five years working across all the technical departments: studio and editing technician, recording ADRs for the dubbing of series and films, editing sync and ambiences, then as multimedia technician and quality control, managing the reception of materials, studio scheduling and the delivery of deliverables for clients such as HBO, Netflix, Disney or Universal among many others. But my best period came when I became a re-recording mixer, being the one responsible for shaping and giving sound to the Spanish version of series and films mixing in 5.1 cinema rooms.

After those five years, I focused on freelance work: sound design and mixing for content, building my own personal brand and creating content, expanding my knowledge of AI applied to multimedia alongside building my own homestudio and personal portfolio to showcase my work in the field of sound design.
